ST-PAUL
Formerly the trading place of a shoe manufacturer and wholesaler, this building was converted into condominiums some 200 years after its construction. Composed of a steel beam structure, high ceilings, exposed brick and large windows overlooking the harbor. It is in a space where the interior architecture is an intrinsic part of the decor where we played to showcase the owner’s very beautiful art collection.

Anciennement le lieu de commerce d’un fabricant et grossiste de chaussures, cet immeuble a été converti en copropriétés quelque 200 ans après sa construction. Poutres d’acier, hauts plafonds, brique apparentes et grande fenestration avec vue sur le port : c’est dans cet espace où la structure apparente est omniprésente que nous avons mis de l'avant la magnifique collection d’art de la propriétaire.
